I am also a member of the Tool Drive and I need to update, but I was wondering if this should be included? The set with Danny is so badass, 2 drummers at once is always fun - plus they played Zeppelins Moby Dick for 20 mins and Hot for Teacher by Van Halen. Enjoy!
Very cool, thanks for making it available. Can't wait to check it out.

I drove by The Fox on my way to a party just about the time they went on, wish I could have checked it out live, but this makes up for missing it a bit.

Man, it was sold out and there were people everywhere trying to get in but when it started it didn't seem packed and the seat next to me never was filled. Let me know what you think!

That happens often. Shit happens and people can't make the show at the last minute.

Listening to your recording now. It's pretty well done and I'm digging it. Very clear for both the music and Les' in between song chatter. Thanks man. I

noticed in some places it sounds like you couldn't contain yourself from tapping along to the beat? That's my main concern taping a show - it kind of takes you out of the live experience because you're constantly worrying about how the recording will be affected. Even worse with video. I'd much rather just experience the show. But I do very much appreciate those that make the effort.

Some dude commented on your link page that he got full audio and video from Orchestra dead center. I'd like to see that.

There were lots of (assholes) people who knew there was a microphone. I was being silent. The way she goes. I was also seated and the mic was suspended mid air on a cane. The row behind me was very loud and clappy.

Weird request. Not live stuff. But does anyone have the radio edits/promos of the singles? I've got the edited version of Prison Sex and Ænima but I especially want to find the edited single for Sober. Thanks if anyone has any thing.

^^ Nice! Thanks.
I just wish there were recordings of ALL the shows I went to!! I went to 3 in 2007 and none of them are on the ToolDrive.

and that's the exact reason to tape.. you never know if anyone else is or not. I'd guess they were taped.. probably have to dig a little bit or just wait until they turn up..there are numerous known Tool tapers in each of those areas.

Just noticed that there are Unsigned shrink wrapped Salival box sets in the toolband shop for $100. Better be quick, only 24

Maybe getting rid of old Salivals for shelf space for Salival 2.

Maybe...

Why? It's obviously not an official release, but the seller doesn't appear to be making claims that it is.

You know what? You're right. If someone is stupid enough to buy a bootleg for $70 let them have it. Who on earth would buy it though..

Hey I don't know if anyone is making any corrections to the drive but the venue for the Lollapalooza Charlotte, NC 7/24/93 was not the Blockbuster Pavilion but instead it was held at the Metrolina Expo or Speedway as it was known then. It was an old dirt racing oval with some fairgrounds in the back for a flea market. I was there and am 100% positive that's where it was. I lived not far from Metrolina and that's where we went to. Blockbuster was actually up closer to the Charlotte Motor Speedway and was much, much nicer. I think in future years that may have held it a the Blockbuster Pav, but not in 93. There were no seats at Metrolina, it was one long dusty field.

Anyway, hope that helps if anyone is keeping track of these things. Thanks for making these recording available. I'm going to enjoy this show again after all these years!!

Buy a really old VHS Sony camera for the vintage look, or a newer full HD 60fps camera for coming Tool shows?

The tour news brought me back. I also just saw that TA started selling windbreakers again. So mine isnt so rare anymore. :(

If anyone has a new TA hoodie in XL, I'd trade my never-been-worn "vintage" TA XL windbreaker +$10.
