What I learned from this list ... About a whole 2% of voters are actually aware of any music not on regular FM radio rotation or on the cover of spin

This definitely passes as a better top albums list than the original votes compiled ... Includes some records I find much more essential to a record collection ... That other list is just so ridiculously predictable and boring ... Definitely needs more cowbell

not that it matters but I'm very surprised that QOTSA didn't get a Grammy nod for Album Of The Year.
