This is an unfamiliar feeling as a Warrior's fan... hope it lasts.
Steph Curry is fucking ridiculously talented.
#NBArank No. 6: Stephen Curry
Since the 3-point line was introduced in 1979-80, there have been only five seasons in which a player has averaged at least 20 points per game and shot 40 percent from the 3-point line on at least seven 3-point attempts per game: Curry in each of the past two seasons, Ray Allen twice and Jason Richardson in 2007-08.

The rest of the top 10 animations are very cool as well:
And then there's Klay Thomspon (player of the week), Andrew Bogut, Andre Iguoudala.... and one of the best benches this season. 3 and 0 to open the season. Can't wait to annihilate the fucking Clippers tonight, it will be so sweet.

shout out to Derek Fisher for actually giving Cleanthony Early some playing time last night. highest rated player in the losing effort at a +8, maybe because the kid actually plays defense with his feet instead of his hands. plus he dropped 12 points on 4/8 shooting, 3 bounds, 1 stl and 1 blk. I liked him on Wichita State, definitely a 2nd round steal. to tie into the post above I thought he would've been a GREAT pick by the Warriors.

Well, I've been pretty damn quiet about my Warriors this season. Especially when you consider how many years I suffered through unending piss poor performances.
This year, they are firing on all cylinders and breaking all sorts of records. Still best record in the league, 17 straight home victories, Curry starts again for the West All Star game with Kerr coaching him, etc.
If he's not a reserve for the All Star game, it would be one of the worst omissions in recent history.
I have been loving every single game and hope it continues well into June.

Kudos to the Warriors who will be wearing "Chinese New Year" unis on 2/20. The design is fucking tight, but I'd lose the sleeves. Either way, good shit

jesus christ man the Warriors are so fucking good, I'm a long suffering NY Knicks fan and I obviously can't watch them this year so I do catch some NBA channel or TNT games. they are most impressive. imagine an NBA Finals 7 game series the Atlanta Hawks vs the Golden State Warriors? that would be so much fun to watch.

Yeah being a lifelong laker fan it's kind of embarrassing the way our year has been. Unfortunately I think it's the dark ages again for us.
It is nice a new squad is emerging from the west. I never hated the Warriors growing up. I saw a few games live as a youngster when Mullins and Hardaway were the go to men. I will never switch up my teams but I don't mind if the Warriors take it all this year. They deserve it and have a loyal fan base with whom I mix with very well being a lifelong Raider fan. Exciting times in the bay!

I've seen the Rangers, Yankees and Giants all win championships since I've been alive but I'm starting to doubt whether the Knicks will ever win an NBA Championship before I croak.

You guys had your chances in the 90's. Too bad you had Mr MJ in the way during that time
^She wasn't paying attention. Almost front row seats and she was chatting.
No sympathy from me. I don't pretend to enjoy watching others exercise. Mind you I would hope that the bloke would do a better job of stopping the incoming.
He tells me that if it was coming for him he'd be fine...

This version of the Spurs had to run out of gas sometime. They've been going pretty hard for 3 years straight, it had to end eventually.
My guess is the Warriors take it all, probably against the Bulls. Lebron's Lebron but without Klove he'd have to reach Jordan level.
