Well, the time has come for patient people. At lunchtime, on Thursday the 21st of this month, the A&R department we will be posting a SoundCloud link on this page, streaming our new track “Wonderland” in its entirety. The link will expire after 48hrs.
This is, without a doubt, the most time Lukey and I have ever spent on one song. If you added it all up its easily over half a years work. We’ve honestly tried to stretch out a little more with this project and push a few more boundaries but our primary goal, as always, is to bring you music that makes you feel good.
Massive thanks to everyone involved in the process at all levels. In particular, we’d like to express our most sincere gratitude to both Leigh Davies and Forrester Savell for their contributions. Their involvement has left Lukey and I feeling truly blessed and very lucky. And once again, Troy Wright excelled.

That article has been around a while now. Interesting reading on what is a pretty messy saga.

I imagine the truth lies somewhere in the middle - both sides want to get the most money out of it and retain control, but neither really wants to let go. For what it's worth, I think Homme did the right thing protecting the Kyuss name.
