I'll repeat myself as I am wont to do but the production of 10,000 days ruined the album for me.

Listening to it live, the loud parts are loud, the quiet parts quiet.

Say larve.

don't be surprised if they throw a curve ball and open up with these two songs on the next tour. stranger things have happened. when I saw them on Long Island in October 06' Wings was the best part of the night.

I'd guess if they ever do un-retire it, it wouldn't be until they're older.

But it would be cool if NYHC was correct.

I will eat 10,000 Lays (potato chips) if this happens.

It will NOT. RP is correct, it will never be played live again (by Tool).

if I told you that in 2011 they would open up with 3rd Eye that would've been much more unbelievable, at the time I mean. right?

Third Eye had not been retired at that point, nor is it today. So no.

maybe not, but it took some 16 years worth of tool gigs, with multitudes of shows on each US tour since Aenima, to finally get it in Melbourne, 6/7 years after 10K.

Yea. So? They never said it was retired.

Mogwai's newest album: Rave Tapes

Nothing radically new in terms of sound, but all great tracks. Even the peculiar "Repelish" has grown on me.

For those interested, definitely worth checking out.
