In Buffalo's eastern suburbs and the city's Historic Polonia District, Dyngus Day is celebrated with a high level of enthusiasm. Smingus Dingus is the name for Easter Monday in Poland and the diaspora. All countries practice a unique custom on this day. In Poland, Hungary, Slovakia, and the Czech Republic[3] traditionally, early in the morning boys awake girls by pouring a bucket of water on their head and striking them about the legs with long thin twigs or switches made from willow, birch or decorated tree branches. Another related custom, unique to Poland, is that of sprinkling bowls (garce) of ashes on people (starts men on women) or houses, celebrated a few weeks earlier at the "półpoście." This custom is almost forgotten, but still practices in the area around the borders of Mazuria and Masovia.
I remember growing up in Eastern Europe and all the teens would drop buckets full of water on passers by from apartment windows - especially young girls. Its one of those days to have a bit of fun once the traditional Easter days are over. You might think this is an odd custom but the same could be said of Europeans thinking Aussies are a little weird too- "People enjoy outdoor sporting events, such as the Oakbank Easter Racing Carnival in South Australia, Australian Three Peaks Race in Tasmania as well as the Stawell Gift." Racing Carnivals during Easter? WTF?!

I imagine that if you have an order confirmation, then there's a very good chance the order has gone through.
The Tool merch guys are notoriously slow at responding to emails sent to them, which is sad, and this situation doesn't surprise me. Â Patience may be required here though, as I expect they are getting quite a few emails at the moment.

Just checked the status of my order (purchased #5 durring public sale) seems it is still processing but cannot do anything to my order because "it has shipped or in the last stages of processing",charge has not hit my account yet. Have not gotten a shipment email just initial sale invoice day of purchase. I'm not having the issues started earlier from others about the item not showing up. I did pay for the express delivery which is probably a joke now, I will post more updates from the public sell regarding what I'm seeing if nobody beats me to it. Regardless I'm not worried, just being patient.

Your situation scares me Bogart as it is almost identical to my own. I received an order confirmation that had just a shipping charge for $7 on it, though the order receipt shows the correct order total of $159 and change. I have yet to hear from them asking about what the order was for so hopefully I won't run into the same problems as you. Maybe it has something to do with the time you placed the order. Did you buy during the pre-sale or during the public? I bought a series 5 during the presale when they came back on sale after selling out earlier in the day.
And to anyone interested my order that was, again, placed during the presale has not shipped. So I wouldn't hold my breath if you bought during the public.
I bought mine during the Toolarmy presale. I received 2 emails after I made the purchase; one had just the shipping cost on it, the other had the shipping plus the cost of the EP. My order history on TA just shows shipping; it doesn't say anything about the EP. Another interesting note was my bank account showed the purchase after my order; now it is not displayed at all.
I hope you're right hellboy. I guess one thing that worries me is it seems that everyone that ordered from the Toolarmy presale got a confirmation email that their order has shipped; I of course haven't received anything. I would hope mine hasn't went to someone else and they are able to see I made the purchase during the presale.

I don't even know that I should recount what happened when I first joined. Haha. As others have said, they're a very small organization. Too small for such a big band, probably. But if it's that or some horribly corporate bunch of bullshit, I'd take this I suppose.
