MJK in Triple J Magazine

Came across this today, it's a scan of an interview with Maynard in the Triple J magazine. Â It's really a nothing article, and barely even discusses Tool (hence me not posting it as an article on the site) however he does talk a bit about CAD which is kinda interesting.

First time I've seen him discuss his pre-Tool bands. Pretty much the whole article is about them, ha.

Given how much terrible music there is in the world I'm prepared to believe anything.

I think most would acknowledge that CAD is an interesting curiousity, and that's about it.

I think 25 Hours is a good song. I even think the "25/7" lyric in Dear Brother might be a bit of reference to the CAD song.

I don't even feel I have the right to say CAD is terrible, as the audio quality is terrible on that public access recording. However, you can get a sense of things not meshing well when you do listen to it. Gotta love the ska version of Sober!
