This is good. But pushit instead of Triad. More Aenima in general.
But awesome to see 4 degrees even mentioned. Probably my favorite Undertow track
Thanks. I just think that if they were to ever bring D/R/T back, they should open with it. Open with something mellow. Undertow and 4 Degrees are the 2 left from that album I have not seen live. There's a method to the madness.

They always open aggressive though.

Mine would be a series of guest vocalists singing the songs Maymay can't handle anymore while he cries in the corner of the backstage, all the while his bawling is displayed on the big screen and every few minutes a close up Danny flipping him off mid song and laughing.

Then it's time to mix it up.
1. Intension
2. Right in Two
3...

Work is boring today... I'll give a projection of what I expect to get in Spokane next week. If the last few years are any indication, it will be either the same setlist as Japan or a couple different songs thrown in.

1. Rosetta Stoned
2. Stinkfist
3. Jambi
4. Forty-Six and 2
5. Schism
6. Opiate/Flood
7. Pushit
8. Lateralus
9. Aenima

2014 Tour setlist prediction:

Hooker
Jambi
Sober
Intension
46 & 2
Lateralus
Ænema
Stinkfist

I hope they prove me wrong, which I believe they will. They played the same setlist 2007 and 2009, two tours in a row, then 2010 and 2011, same thing 2012 and 2013. I hope this pattern continues.

id love to see 46+2 and schism disappear for a few years. replacing them with 4degrees and eulogy would be nice.

problem is if Schism disappears so does the new 2 minute intro and the older extended middle, which would be a crying shame.

Beat this. Tool, two nights at The Gorge. Or wherever it may be that has the best acoustics in the states. Or, Easter Island!

Night One

The Grudge
Cold and ugly
Commando
Eulogy
H
Wings 1 & 2
Ticks and Leeches
Lateralus
Lost keys into Rosetta Stoned
New Tune

Night Two

Timothy Leary into Third Eye
4 Degrees
No Quarter
Opiate
Intension/Right in two
Hooker with a penis
Disposition
Reflection
Triad
Epic New tune

Is that too much to ask?! :D

That's a very good point, I love that intro, and hope its developed! I would get rid of stinkfist, and schism though. They have seen too much light of day. The visuals for 46 and two are really cool too, about the only one im not tired of because its such a big display! Maybe they could just put the intro to schism in front of some other tune?!

They could cover Blind Melon covering Blind Lemon Jefferson Davis Hogg's Blake Snake Moan.

If I had any power in choosing a set list I would not choose Commando.

They played it once to show some respect, let's not pretend like it was some kind of mind blowing thing. It was ok, cool even. But nothing special.

No Quarter on the other hand, there's an argument to be made that they did to Zeppelin what Zeppelin did to so many bands/artists, did their song better than they did. I love the Zeppelin version but I think Tool did it better.

Commando
Spasm
You Lied
No Quarter
Demon Cleaner
Some Days It's Dark
Stranglehold
Holiday In Cambodia

Now that would be something!

I'd be happy for a concert longer than an hour and ten minutes.

You went to a Tool concert that was only 70 minutes long?
