Yep, we got Vicarious instead of Sweat tonight - saw/heard Sweat last night in SA. I have to say that to my ear this was one of the worst sounding Tool shows I have been to. With all the delays, these guys have put themselves under a huge amount of pressure to put out a good/great album. I mean, imagine if they finally finish this record and it **shudders** sucks?

I do wonder though: is it possible that the album is finished? Why would they bring in Evil Joe Baressi to mix an odds and sods album of live shit and unreleased stuff? Surely they could do that themselves. I wonder if the curveball is the fact that the new album will be available as a download? It...

Just to break up the death metal/grindcore talk, super excited to see Rush in 2 days. Based on setlists from previous nights, the boys are pulling out all the stops - 32 songs a night, no wonder this was not a 100 city tour!
