Oh fuck yes, I forgot about the Calfiumisms.

Did we end up collecting them somewhere? I think our signatures need updating . . .

I can't get into Tool these past couple of months :( It's a weird feeling. Need that new album! Want everyone to connect, similar to what Boss said a while back.

I wonder if this recent "lull" in Tool news/activity is just a "lull".

Or is something about to happen...

Naaah, it's just a lull...

I thought so too, but it turned out it was just a distant ship's smoke.

Yeah, who cares about Tool when there's a new Hitler Youth album on the way.

Oh, cool. The Grudge was so 2013, but I still like to post here and show the Tool haterz a thing or two.

My urge to post in this community is dying by the day. It's not because you people suck; it's more to do with the fact that we've pretty much had every conversation, argument and whatnot possible.

We really need this new album.

Absolutely no word of a lie: I kind of expected a response from specifically you along those lines.

And maybe you're right - maybe forging new bonds, ideas and conversations are an infinite possibility in a forum such as this.

I'm just not feeling it right now. I guess much to the glee of more than a few members here.

The rules changed, censorship stifles conversation, big fucking surprise.

That's what happened.

I'll be honest, I think clamping down on some of the outright retardation that (well, I can only really speak for me) I used to carry on with was probably a good idea, since it's a public forum and all.

But I do think it's put quite a few members on the backfoot a bit. I'm no longer willing to shitpost like I used to, but I'm also not real confident about talking about controversial issues like I used to want to.

Which has worked out for the best, really, but it's not exactly great for what I would personally want in terms of community-building.

I don't know, whatever, ultimately. I firmly believe this place will flourish when we get You Know What, and I think keeping this place a little sterile is a good way to encourage new people to join and participate, for the future.

Then again, if you get offended about what someone says, either on or offline, you need to have a cup of concrete and harden the fuck up.

The place has fucking crashed in terms of posts ever since the new rules same with the views.

Less views = less ad revenue.

Great job.

I don't usually think in those terms. Good point, though.

Really, all we can do at this point is blame TOOL for releasing such a shitty album that no one wanted to listen to ("70,001 WEIGHS") and that stupid "PROBLEM ATE" EP.

For a band that loves their fans so much, they really know how to disappoint them. And that equates to less interest in joining online communities dedicated to them.

Trust me, I did a class in high school about Google.

That's odd - I thought everyone just went for pedestal fans now.

And if not, just stand them on a desk or something. A small coffeetable at home also does the trick.

Also, I was thinking that, in order to hurry up the new TOOL album, we should launch a charity drive for them to help fund their downtime for creativity. Kick the start of their imaginative development, if you will.

I pledge the remaining $7 in my account. Though, to be honest, I kind of wanted to spend that on discounted "GOAT SIMULATOR" on Steam.
