Don't feel like going through 24 pages of what is most likely grudge type posts but are there any questions that haven't been asked? My Houston VIP is coming and I want to try to ask something that hasn't yet come up or something that hasn't made its way back to these forums.

Think I read something about live dvd but band not happy?
Any word on other record reissues?
Possible high quality digital downloads?
Golden ticket prize?
Another Salival type release?
Has anyone ever asked about making their live recordings available? I think Metallica offers downloads of most of their shows?

Aside from the Live DVD question (I don't think it will get a good answer other than what we already know), I think they are all good ones.

Questions I'd ask given the chance:
  • Is there a Problem 8 hidden track or any other leftover tracks that could be released?
  • What's going on with the severed arm/The Pot video?
  • Will 10k Days or the new album get a vinyl release?
  • Are they looking at releasing sculptures based on video characters?
  • What is a nano guitar?

The problem 8 track was "revealed" on April fools day. It doesn't exist

Problem 8 may or may not exist, but I am curious as to whether there are any other tracks in the archives that haven't made their way out. From what I've heard their could well be.

Oh I bet that's true. That seems likely. I'm sure they have made tracks for albums that got cut. If find it very hard to believe that they have released everything

Am I being overly optimistic in hoping to hold a new Tool album in my hands 12 months from now?

From what I have read about earlier albums (Aenima and Undertow), it seems you did indeed write as a "band" and not two separate indentities. For instance, I have read that Paul D'amour and Maynard wrote the songs Pushit, Hooker, Aenema and 46 together. Is there any truth to this? And if so, why so different now?

(Again) Any hint of further reissues this year?

Is the new album at the stage yet where you could possibly "try out" some of the new material in a live situation or is it still early days yet?

Were you influenced by Kiss?

What do you think of Brian Eno?

(Again)Will The Pot video ever see the light of day?

Will there be a video for the new album?

Will a collaboration between yourself and Robert Fripp ever see the light of day?

Does a Tool/Melvins collaboration sound like a possibility to you?

Do your arms ever get tired?

Star Wars or The Empire Strikes Back?

Do you drink root beer?

Would you ever collaborate with Mike Patton?

I know what Jessup said! I don't have to have the tennis court stenographer read it back to me.

Where did this happen?

Though I do think it isn't real.

Thanks for getting the posters up so quickly.

Maybe you can add: Spokane, Reno, Cedar, Houston and Phoenix to the store?

Would you guys ever consider posting pics of shows on toolband.com like this: http://jackwhiteiii.com/live-photos/ ?
It really reduces the audience lifting phone above head.
And there are some really cool shots from behind stage.

Does anyone know if Adam has ever commented on the whole "loudness wars" dynamic range compression issue? Curious if it got brought up in any VIP sessions or elsewhere.
