It's 7:45 in length, all instrumental, progressively slower and faster. Has one simple part that likes to be repeated.
Any idea?

I doubt that it's Tool at all, not to mention the fact that I'm reasonably sure you can't buy their stuff digitally, at least in any official capacity.
