Most people who love AC/DC most likely haven't listened to any of their music since Back In Black. I love Bon Scott era AC/DC, Brian era not so much.

AC/DC are fine for the most part. I think most people's thing with them (or at least mine) is... yeah, I've SEEN IT. What else you got? Oh that's it? Ok, well THIS isn't the thing I really need to have trotted out over and over and over and over again for my enjoyment. And those that DO need that? Yeah... that's where things get weird and I start wondering about you.

Yeah, but now they'll probably get attacked by Islamic extremists. So then that'll add another year or two to the wait. So I'd say the anticipated release window is now Q2 2037.

AT THE LAKERS GAME LAST NIGHT...

Yes, I know that the puck that DANNY caught happened during a recent L.A. Kings hockey game, but at the Lakers game last night, when I asked him about how things were going with the band, he told me that a couple of days ago ADAM had come into the loft with an ending for a particular song that everyone really liked. So, perhaps the musical arrangement for another TOOL song is finished... unless they sometimes write the end of the song first?

Why is Blair always GUESSING about where the band is at with new material?? Lord knows, he performs a fairly important function - carrying info between band members and the outside world.

Don't they EVER get together and go:"OK, Blair, here's the gyst of things......".????

You guys do realize they won't be hitting the studio anytime in the next six months, right?!?! I hope yr not getting too excited.

What do you expect Blair to say exactly? Trying to describe the songwriting sessions in more detail is most likely an exercise in futility. Tool need to get it done and let the results speak for themselves. Stop over analysing things Califum.

I doubt anyone is too excited given their track record, but it's not such a stretch to see them hitting studio within 6 months.
