white onions go best on enchiladas and refried beans. raw straight up chopped. Also good for grill scrubbing but not after they are chopped.

Blair told me that there will be something a little more interesting in the next newsletter, but reading between the lines of his email it suggested it probably wouldn't be that interesting. He mentioned it would be some kind of "Tool Mystery".
