props to the video and the cutie pie who posted it on youtube. someone tell her to create an account and get in here PRONTO. Matty needs to be a more proactive recruiter. too many swinging dicks on this forum, moral is at an all time low.
You make posts like this and wonder why this forum is nearly all men?

I thought it was because women have horrible tastes and find it hard to articulate opinions.

I don't wonder why, I'm just cracking jokes. who honestly gives a fuck about the gender of people on this site as long as they sign up and contribute? I sure don't. if you all were a bunch of tranny's I'd still come here and post some fresh Life Of Agony tunes.

Nah, feminists, trannys, gay people etc screaming for some sort of justice against the white male privilege.
It's best not to go down the rabbit hole of the vocal minority, apparently we cause so many suicides.'

it was good to see Tool in Mexico. I mean for most of mexican fans we have never seen them live except for bootlegs, some of them are cool, but still now i can say you can't compare the live experience. i hate that they didn't play Undertow songs (as tyson once told me , no prison sex) still it was awesome to hear 46&2, stinkfist, even Aenema... let's see if we can get the new album this year.... or at least the so called "curveball" has to be something big...and not a crappy dvd or mobile app or whatever...

At first I didn't know how I felt about the confetti cannons at the end of stinkfist.
after much non-sober thought, I love it. It's like a metaphorical anal orgasm.

Looking to buy a poster for the Houston or New Orleans show, any advice?
I am going to see Tool and Primus for their Houston and Nola shows. I really want to buy posters for both bands but i can't afford VIP tix. Any advice on how to get a poster...can i arrive early enough to hope to snag one without VIP access? if so, how early? Does anyone have specifics about where they are sold? Seems like these venues will have multiple merch stations, how do i locate the station selling posters for either band? really just appreciate any insight or info! thanks!!

So this may be a stretch, but I was at the NYC City Center show back on May 20, 2006. While there was no opening act, there was some amazing audio being played. I am trying to figure out WHAT was being played, and this has been haunting me oh these many years. The background audio sounded like an old fashioned radio news broadcast, but the sentences were nonsensical. If anyone remembers that show, and better still knows what the band was pumping out through the sound board to mess with our minds, I would greatly appreciate knowing what the audio track was.

ha! very hard to say but i know Download has been played on and off through the years. Dannys a Skinny Puppy fan and is friends with Cevin Key. as far back as 2001 i remember people saying Download (one of cevin keys side projects) was being played. the way you describe it sounds like it could be that possibly. If it was electronic music its quite possible, if it wasnt electronic type music then it wasnt Download. other then that i dont know what to tell you. at best you might like Download i guess. good luck!

Alleged new US Tool tour date in January 2020:
There's been a few rumours about of tour dates imminent on Reddit, and given that we'll see AU/NZ dates appear on Friday (presumably for late Feb) I imagine it's not unreasonable to see some other tour dates announced as well.

Ah, sooner than that so it seems:
Additional U.S. tour dates have been announced. Tickets are on-sale this Friday, Nov. 15 at 10 am local time, with a limited number of VIP packages available exclusively to Tool Army members via Toolband.com this Wednesday, Nov. 13 at 10 am local time.

Decisions, decisions. One San Diego show? Both San Diego shows? Fresno? Las Vegas?
