May I ask why everyone is so excited? Don't get me wrong - I fucking luuuurve NIN. Before "WITH TEETH".

He's changed, got older, as have I. I can't see how this is going to be any different from the crap he released after that album.

Really happy to be proven wrong, though.

Excited - not especially. I agree with your comments regarding his recent work (I like With Teeth though)

Interested is a more accurate term. Â It could be a decent album, and there's only one way to find out.

Year Zero is my favourite NIN album, I loved the entire concept behind that album, but I was never really into him, I find his lyrics atrocious and feel cheated that I actually paid money for With Teeth

Well, the track as ok. Â Not sure it indicates a return to the bands early sound despite what the article says...

At this stage my expectation is that the album will be no better than Year Zero.

I hope so too.Â It just dawned on me that it's been 5 years since an NIN album was released.

The new song is ok, nothing earth shattering, but it's a decent start.

Well, that NIN song that was posted was the worst thing I've heard this year. If ever he needed a reason to get back on the drugs, this would be it.
