“The Loop Closes” Video

In the meantime, they’ve also shared a video for “The Loop Closes”, a sputtering and clanking industrial groover from "An Omen" (EP). It’s a damaged, staticy video, full of random distorted images and intense close-ups on Reznor and Maandig.

Watch it below:

debut full-length record "Welcome Oblivion" will arrive on March 5th

Oooh.  All sorts of good stuff so far.  Keep it coming.

@ Tyson - I agree on the Conan.  Again, a lot of post-rock starts to sound similar, but I enjoyed it.

@ Crow - Love Joni.  She always makes an appearance in any good shuffle.  Like a palate cleanser sometimes.

Looking forward to sampling some of the other tracks I haven't had a chance to hit yet.

Anybody sample that dude on acoustic covering 46&2?  Just curious.

If you don't have the patience to watch all the way through (I didn't), I highly recommend skipping to about the 3:50 mark.  Awesome.  And only 372 views since March, 2011?  A travesty.

Steven Wilson - The Raven That Refused To Sing (and other stories)

Enjoying this much more than his previous work, has a old school prog vibe to it, moreso than I felt on previous works.

"Hypnone", by KATATONIA, while playing "SKYRIM" and drinking beer, while still high off of watching my Newcastle Jets finally win a game against a team I fucking hate.

Yeah, quite a great Saturday, thanks for asking.

Didn't like their '07 release at all... huge let down after waiting 6 or so years, but apparently they were going to release something in 2012 that obviously didn't happen to this point.  They've got some killer demos from the late 90's floating around, too
