Fucking post-pop elevator music.  I cannot believe Aaron, Jeff and Cliff are involved in this shit.

This is basically isis meets chino, loving it, I'm not hearing elevator music at all.

Clearly not elevator music, but it is pretty much Isis without all the heavy bits I enjoy with Chino singing.  Can't say I'm surprised.  I don't really find the music all that compelling on first listen.  Will report back after a few more.

I am very much enjoying it, but then, I don't listen to ISIS so maybe it's because I'm missing something. It has similar open, flowing riffs that I like about bands like Intronaut or Yob, but with less aggressive vocals, and I think that's the perfect combination.

Disgusted would be more apt.  Tropics was complete shit but I held out a tiny bit of hope that the rest of the album wouldn't suck that badly.  I never imagined Aaron Harris in particular being involved in such a weak endeavor.  Palms sucks.  Nothing else to say on the matter.  Time to duck out of this thread.  Enjoy the elevator.
