Aw man this new Mr Bungle album is just boomers revisiting their youth

Hmmm, maybe that's a statement on all bands that reunite after a long hiatus

The album was ok, more or less what was promised, but I mostly find the music uninteresting. It's not the Mr Bungle we know and love, nor was it ever expected to be. As far as thrash albums go, it's not particularly great or innovative, but listening to Patton in front of a metal band is kinda fun regardless.

The Eric Andre interview was interesting though, and I hear the webcast show was great, so keen to check that out.

That haircut tho

I'll just listen to D.R.I's 'Crossover' instead - and pretend this whole ugly reboot never happened.
