I thought the last album was one of their better ones, and the show I saw them play with Steve was easily on par with the Big Biz days, but they haven't had a great release in some time now.

Man, they've fallen off so hard for me. Really haven't dug the last... I don't even know how many, they release so much! Onions Make The Milk Taste Bad is the last song I flipped my shit for, and subsequently that was the last album I enjoyed.

I've never, ever been embarrassed by a Melvins album in my life.

Until now.

Sounds good to me:

https://www.punknews.org/article/67861/ ... -two-songs
Melvins and Al Cisneros of Sleep and OM have recorded at least two tracks together. The band revealed that they will be releasing a two song 10-inch. The release appears to be called Sabbath, though they have not released the track list yet. The 10-inch will be out via Amphetamine Records sometime later this year.

Hopefully a return to their heavy, slooooooooow material of the early 90's?

So do I, but I found that cover pretty tedious, and a waste of the talent involved.

Read about that the other day: Matt Cameron & Buzz seem great, not so much that dude from Foo Fighters
