Brazil imploded on a scale that boggles the mind. The fact that they were initially viewed as a favorite AND were the host country just made it all the more unlikely and amazing to watch.

It's too bad Colombia lost to Brazil. I think Colombia vs Germany would have been the match to see. As much as I want Messi to win this cup to solidify himself amongst the greats, I don't think Argentina have it in them to put away Germany. A repeat of the 1986 and 1990 final (then west Germany).
