Soccer is a little more genteel; although they do head butt the ball....that's just silly.

I can't think of a more boring sport than American football.

Well my Aussie football experience is in Victoria and South Australia, so yeah AFL. Mind you American football and rugby here seem kinda similar, although the yanks do wear all the padding.

AFL is one of the most 3 dimensional games out of all the sports, it is hands down the best sport in regards to fitness, athleticism and toughness.

Try watching a game some time.
