Whatever brings the dollars in. Maybe you could find something new to watch, try and bring something positive to the world rather than endless rage and edgy complaints.

Of course Disney is interested in new blood. they really should of gave Mark Hamill a bit more to his character but to be fair he seemed like he over acted his parts in TLJ anyway. maybe thats why? naah, they just wanted the old people off as fast as possible other then Carrie Fisher but she ended up dying for real :/

its diff now anyway. even the toys, kids arent into like we were/still are some of us! ha. times change!

the Mandolirian is appealing to older fans so its not super bad. lots of content to choose from if you want to.

- You like noisy music?
- Yes. The louder the better. Stops me from thinking.
- You don't like to think? What do you like?
- Never thought about it.

Unsure how reliable this article is, but doesn't sound like great things for Rise of Skywalker:

It won't surprise me if the movie is a cluster and tanks but would surprise me if this article was legit. The movie premiers in 1 month. I mean is there anything he could actually achieve at this point?

I imagine there's not much to be done in the next month, more just reflecting that a bunch of reworks were done post-production, including what Lucas did. It all sounds a bit shitty tbh, and typically not a good sign. From memory Solo had a lot of work done post-production too, and while I don't think that was a terrible movie, it's not great either.

At this point, I don't know I have high expectations for ROS, I'd like to believe it'll at least be ok, but who knows. I'll be going to see it regardless of course.

i think this is a bit fishy. rewrites 6 weeks before the films out ? naaah. i just checked the fan sites i visit (3 or so big ones) and none are mentioning this either. sounds like b.s

the movie will prob be ok but not much better than that..im sure it will have some moments but im not expecting much as most arent it seems.

I agree it's a bit fishy for sure, but my take on it is that the reworking has already been done, not something that's happening the next few weeks.

I cannot believe they made a movie of that. As if the stage show wasn't excruciating enough!
