Man, L7 is $77. Seems like a lot but I guess I'll go anyway. Cosmic Psycho's better be supporting...

^ AJ had already given them his opinion of what they were worth and now they are collecting.

Easy come, easy go....
A PERSONAL MESSAGE FROM THE BAND
L7 regret to announce that due to a family health emergency of a private, non-trivial nature, we will have to postpone our upcoming U.S. and Australian tour dates. Although some of the shows were just very recently announced, LIFE HAPPENS and when it does you have to step up and take care of business for the ones you love.
Speaking of some other ones we love (YOU) … this is just a postponement. We plan to see you in 2016, just a few more months down the line. In the meantime, stay tuned here. We will continue to post fun stuff and read your beautiful and sometimes hilarious comments.
Thanks for your understanding! With much love and appreciation,
L Fuckin’ 7

As with most concepts, the idea will start small, combining three hard rock co-headlining tours at 12 different venues between June and August. Slipknot and Marilyn Manson, Rob Zombie and Korn and Disturbed and Breaking Benjamin will all hit those venues separately over that time. Instead of purchasing one ticket to each show, prospective concertgoers can attend each one for one fixed rate of $50 with Live Nation’s Ticket to Rock.

Shitty bands aside, it's an interesting concept.

There was an interesting concept being floated a few months back (not sure if I read it here or somewhere else). The idea was to pay a monthly fee that entitled you X gigs for all bands signed to the scheme.

It was to invigorate and encourage the live music scene obviously but I somehow think that cost is not the predominant issue, with lack of support for local and lessor known bands.

Radiohead TM:
There is a strict two (2) ticket limit for this event.
That's considerate of them, since getting tickets to these shows will be pretty difficult.

Definitely going to buy tickets to the radiohead LA date. So stoked. Never have seen radiohead live and love their music. I can see a lot of posters on this board hating on radiohead but I think they're awesome.

They do nothing for me but I don't hate them. There are certainly plenty of worse bands out there.

They can be fucking amazing live. That said, the King Of Limbs tour left me very cold and underwhelmed. The 2008 tours were fucking unreal. Ditto the ones before that. I hope they return to that kind of energy.

Cool, look forward to a report. I probably would have gone to see them here, but someone decided putting a show on a long weekend is a good idea (it's not).

I'm bummed that they're not hitting the Bay at all... Kind of mind boggling considering Les lives in the North Bay. I guess there's still a possibility they'll add a date.

I'm interested to see them live. Not entirely sold on what I've heard so far.
