sorry if this was posted before, it probably was but again, every part of this video is a gem, its the number1 video on the internet, together with that cult-christian wannabe guy talking about MJK
im absolutely in love
also i'm sure its someone from this forum
This absolutely amazing! Thank you
His vocal range and control might be second to none... Recently we were talking about covers that were better than the original... Well look no further for the best example I've ever come across.
I can't wait for the really good drum covers to start rolling in. A few folks out there have already nailed the guitar and bass parts and there are some drum covers that are decent but nothing near-flawless yet with good production. Gonna be sick.

I have really loved the bass cover videos! Being a guitar player I can always easily focus on those portions but following along with Justins bass lines takes me down these different paths within each song! I’m going to have to backtrack through TOOLs older songs and watch those bass cover vids!

Here are imo the best folks doing drum covers so far.
1) This dude doesn't play with the most energy per se but he has done the most accurate job so far and for this I salute him (Tempest here but has also done Pneuma and Invincible)
2) This dude has way more intensity but lacks a bit of the accuracy of the parts. (This is Invincible but he's done the title track as well.)
3) This dude is great to watch but I find his embellishments take an already pretty busy drummer into over-playing territory and as much as I love someone jamming out in principle, I personally watch covers to get a better idea of what is actually happening on record so0o0o...(This is his Pneuma but he's done at least Invincible as well)
4) This dude does a fine job en general (Here is FI but he's done Tempest, Culling Voices and I think Pneuma as well)
