this. the whole sound in general kind of mimicked a studio production. i put a close eye on jeff friedl every now and then just to make sure they were really playing live. lol. i'm pretty sure i even heard some kind of compression and phaser effects on jeff friedls drum cymbals. seems the microphones run through some kind of bus with a bunch of post processing FX enabled.

I think The Claypool Lennon Delirium may be opening for the fall tour. I remember seeing Les Claypool and Sean Lennon listed as special guests on the venue's website (Rupp Arena) on the day tickets went on sale but it has since been removed. So there's that.

Let's hope for Delicious and By and Down to replace The Contrarian and People are People during the fall run. I'd really like to hear how Delicious sounds when performed live, love that track especially the outro.

I really like the Contrarian, so would rather that not see that removed from the setlist. I think we can all agree that any eMotive tracks and that 3 Libras remix thing should be the first to go...

Speaking of good support acts, looks like Tricky will be the support for the coming US leg of the Eat the Elephant tour.

I'd rather see Chelsea Wolfe but then again I haven't heard much of, if anything, from Tricky.
