So now it appears Arkane Studios IS rebooting Prey 2. They're calling it a spiritual successor to System Shock.

I'm all for Arkane creating a spiritual successor to System Shock. Not sure why they need to limit themselves by using the Prey IP though.

Cool. I plan on grabbing a badass PC and a PS4 next year anyway.

Not sure why, but that game really had an affect on me. Even with its obvious flaws, it was still one of the most fantastic games I've ever played.

Well, it finally happened. Uwe Boll, maker of terrible movies in general and terrible video game adaptations in specific, has gone to Kickstarter in search of money for his next flick, which of course is a sequel to 2007's wretched Postal.

Boll, the creative force behind flops based on House of the Dead, Alone in the Dark, BloodRayne (with two sequels) and even Dungeon Siege, is looking for $500,000 to start shooting the flick and will have until Oct. 27 to raise it.

Further proof of the impending apocalypse.

New Riddick game is in development.
