Checked out The Ascent. That looks decent. Is it Xbox Exclusive?
Sounds like an Xbox/PC exclusive

Outer Worlds 2 0 think i'll check that out. The first one was enjoyable.

Far Cry 6 will buy when proper cheap.

Dying Light 2 will be awesome

Crysis - never played this.. thoughts anyone?

Elden Ring - not my genre but looks fantastic

Starfield could be epic....

Thanks for all the updates Ziggy!
Diablo 4 - has no a release date yet. It's still possible that game won't arrive until 2023 or later, but who knows.

Dying Light 2 - yes, the first one was very good.

Crysis - it's a game by the Crytek studio, the developers who created the first Far Cry back in 2004. It's a good looking game in terms of graphics, but the gameplay is typical just like in the most of the first person shooters. Give it a try, at least the first one.

Elden Ring - it's a game from the japanese developers From Software, the studio who created Demon's Souls, Dark Souls trilogy, Bloodborne, Sekiro. So if you are familiar with these games, you will like it. And of course, you gonna die a lot in this one too)

Starfield - I have a feeling, that it will be just like the Skyrim, but in space. But we'll see.

I just got to say I can't stand the look of Starfield, looks just like the shitty Fallout 4.

I'm mainly talking about the art style, too cartoony.

Good to know about D4. Thats a long time. I thought it might be sooner than that but fair enough.

From Software Games = broken controllers.

Alright, Gaben, now give me HALF-LIFE 3

Introducing Valve's Steam Deck, a portable gaming PC

The Steam Deck has a form factor similar to that of a slightly larger Nintendo Switch but with the capabilities of a full gaming PC. It runs a modified version of Valve’s SteamOS, complete with a new console-like interface for easy navigation of both the Steam store and your Steam library, but it also provides access to an unrestricted computer desktop where any third-party applications can be installed (including non-Steam games or launchers).

People don't buy Nintendo consoles for multiplats, they buy them for the exclusives. Meanwhile the Steamdeck is literally only multiplats and has to compete with PC/Xbox/Playstation while having less performance than all three and less compatibility than a regular PC.

I don't agree with your definition of "literally". There are plenty of PC only titles on Steam.

I probably won't get one though because they seem kinda expensive, and the base model one seems to have an absurdly low amount of storage capacity

Did you see the specs? It's comparible with Xbox Series S, which is not bad at all, closer to the PS4 actually. Switch is just a joke after all this. You can also download Apps and even a full OS, just like on PC. In theory you can use Gamepass on this Steam Deck.

Yeah, people buy PS4 to play exclusives, and Sony started to port them on PC, lol. What a joke. You can also emulate Nintendo Switch games on PC and play exclusives here, BOTW for example. Also, the game prices in Steam are much more appealing than Switch for some people.

Kinda funny that they announced the steam deck on the day of OLED Switch pre-orders, lol. It'll be interesting to see how this sells. Go, Gaben, go, kick some japanese asses, the portable console market needs a competition. I'm just eating my popcorn and watching the show.

Because it is really boring.
Didn't finish it, barely made it through the first island out of 3, and that's all.
