This would be a great Time Machine moment.... just show up during this session and blow their minds by offering up some of the final lyrics they were struggling to find... and then throw in something hilarious once you had their confidence.
Hmmmmmm. "Time Machine Moments" wouldn't be a bad thread... I wonder if that's already a thing?
This Atriarch track is intriguing. Kind of like a doom metal Swans, though nowhere near as good as Swans. Not sure it works but I'm interested in checking out the rest of the album.

That one and the one by Nothing are about the only ones I care for.

Metallica- Death Magnetic
First time ever hearing this. It is ok so far but I'm only on track 3.

DM never did it for me. It seems like the songs are dragged out just for the sake of it, no reason. The production is weak as well, like a worse version of 10k days.

I thought it was ok. At least, I didn't hate it like I've hated every Metallica album since the Black Album (of which I also am not a big fan).
It has its moments but it's just ok.

Lulu is still their best post-Black album.
Death Magnetic is ok in parts, but I find myself reaching for the skip button on most tracks. Except for Broken, Beat & Scarred - that is a good track.
