APC - The Outsider didn't sound terrible. it's an outdoor arena with 50 year old musicians. they sounded just fine. so did Puscifer.

Are you sure about that?  I just took a glance and it didn't seem like her...

Loved it during the Puscifer set, Maynard muttering under his breath about the crowd giving a bigger reaction to Vedder's presence than their songs. "Oh now you're into it..."

I watched a bit of it inbetween the Violent Femmes, i thought it was alright in parts, but ultimately about as exciting as watching antiques roadshow.

Grizzly Bear, Yeasayer, Hot Chip have been good so far, Postal Service, Spiritualized, The XX, Jenelle Monae and Phoenix then New Order up later... thats a fucking great line-up if you're not a complete genre shut-in.

Nah, most of those bands are awful and New Order are well past their prime.

Really enjoyed seeing the Postal Service. The XX and Phoenix weren't too bad either. New order is not sounding good... past their prime... possibly. Some of the techno is good as well.

agreed on all counts... not into a single one of those bands... and also, I fucking hate grizzly bear... having a hard time thinking of a more over-rated band that's popular right now

Nice to see not everyone is a complete pleb round here, Bravo sir. Phoenix were great, i'd have certainly paid to see that. New Order wasn't the best, but I wasn't expecting great things.

If I wanted to see pop I'd go see Lady Gaga rather than some hipster shit.
