Her name is Jen. I've always assumed (and we know what that can do) that "Lei Li" was a nickname, or family name.
Much like his previous wife Jen, and her other name, "Breña".

Yes, it's a strange coincidence that he has partnered with 2 different Jens in a row, but shit happens.
