Signing the skull would be weird, and I'm not sure it'd work on the base (unless it's on the bottom), so I'm not surprised it's the box. I kinda get why people are upset, but tbh I didn't expect much different.

Agreed, I imagine there would have been complaints had they signed the skull or the base as well.

The artwork on the box was pretty cool though, but now it's got signatures all over it.

Anyhow, this all reminded me that they were selling those signed Fear Inoculum vinyl box sets on tour for $800. An even more egregious fleecing.

I dunno about that, they seem like bargain in comparison, and will probably be worth a tonne more if you fancy selling it in the future too
