From this end the quality is not great but I dig the key they play it in.
But why go back and remix it – why rewrite history?
There was so much invested in that record and it just didn’t sit with us that we had this blemish on our recording history. We wanted to rectify that. I’d like to remix every record we did – maybe update some parts. But that’s crazy, you know? You don’t do that – records are moments in time, markers of these different periods of progression and growth. But this one was a very important record – our return after a horrible nightmare. And it deserved better.
I think it is. It deserves a very special place in our repertoire.Given the circumstances, is Vapor Trails one of the most important albums Rush have ever made?
David Bottrell. He produced Tool for a lot of years and I loved that stuff.Who has remixed it?

http://overthetopmetalnews.wordpress.co ... ush-story/Over The Top Metal News has been informed by an inside source over at Touchstone Pictures that a really monumental Rush bio pic is in the works and that casting has nearly been completed. Playing the role of Neil Peart will be academy award winning actor Tom Hanks.
Tom Hanks said, “Of all the movies I have ever been in, this was by far the most challenging role I’ve ever accepted.” Why was this role so challenging? Tom Hanks said the hardest part of this role was doing all his own stunts. “I actually had to play all the drums myself. Do you know how hard it was to play “La Villa Strangiato? Well, that and having to sit through the guys who are auditioning to play Geddy Lee do 37 takes of “Finding My Way.”
The movie is set for a 2016 release since they are still trying to find someone who is remotely as “unique” looking as Geddy Lee.

If you can play the drums like DC, you can wear whatever the fuck you want.hellboy wrote:I bet he's wearing crocs in that pic too.
It should be on a scale, for ex: from "lightest touch" to "full on slam"ilikecheese wrote:I wonder who hits harder, DC or NP?
That can be calculated.
That would be interesting to see find out who is the beastly of the beasts.
See, this is why I love you.Kittaan wrote:If you can play the drums like DC, you can wear whatever the fuck you want.hellboy wrote:I bet he's wearing crocs in that pic too.
